Ingredients for Vanities

• 3 eggs, separated
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon butter, melted
• Flour
• Fat
• Powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Mix the yolks of eggs with the sugar and melted butter.
2. Beat the egg whites stiff and fold into the yolk mixture.
3. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
4. Roll out on a floured pastry board very thin.
5. Fry in deep fat until brown.
6. Drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
