Meet the Chef

Chef Patrick Mooney is a graduate of the Cordon Bleu and is LoveToKnow's resident Mad Baker. His regular column will feature recipes, cooking tips and other fun writings about food.

For Fun and Money

He has worked at several restaurants and now is the baker at California Lutheran University. Patrick specializes in Mediterranean cooking, but in his spare time he bakes and creates impossibly complicated desserts. He also enjoys tormenting the LTK editors by describing treats that they don't actually get to taste.
