• 1 pound confectioner's sugar
• 1 unbeaten egg white
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 teaspoons cold water

Instructions

1. Mix confectioner's sugar, unbeaten egg white, vanilla, and water into a stiff paste.
2. Shape in little balls; press between halved walnut or other nut meats.
3. Stoned dates and large raisins may be filled with this cream, or it may be mixed with chopped nuts, shaped in bars, and cut in squares.
