Ingredients for Tutti Frutti Custard
- 1 apricot, pitted, sliced
- 1 peach, pitted, sliced
- 1 apple, peeled, cored, quartered
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Mix together the flour, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract.
- Add gradually the scalded milk.
- Put mixture in a sauce pan and bring slowly to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Let boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from fire.
- With a fork mix in the fruits.
- Fill champagne glasses with the pudding.
- Cool and serve.
