Ingredients for Tutti Frutti Custard

  • 1 apricot, pitted, sliced
  • 1 peach, pitted, sliced
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored, quartered
  • 2 cups milk, scalded
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix together the flour, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract.
  2. Add gradually the scalded milk.
  3. Put mixture in a sauce pan and bring slowly to a boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Let boil for 1 minute.
  5. Remove from fire.
  6. With a fork mix in the fruits.
  7. Fill champagne glasses with the pudding.
  8. Cool and serve.
