Ingredients for Turkey With Tomato Sauce Recipe

  • Several slices of cold turkey
  • 1/2 can of tomatoes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch
  • 1 teaspoon of meat extract
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of grated bread crumbs
  • 1 dozen button mushrooms
  • Browned bread crumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Mince the cold turkey.
  2. Stewing tomatoes, bay leaf, sugar, salt and curry powder for 30 minutes.
  3. Strain and add meat extract, butter, and grated bread crumbs.
  4. Return to the heat and stir in the turkey and mushrooms that have been cut in half.
  5. When thoroughly heated, cover the tops with browned bread crumbs and serve immediately.
