Ingredients for Trout (brook) With Oranges
- 4 brook trout
- 3 oranges, peeled, sliced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Flour
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Season the trout.
- Dredge them in flour.
- Fry them slowly in butter in a frying pan for about 6 minutes.
- Fry on both sides.
- Add the sliced oranges.
- Then serve.
