Ingredients for Trout (brook) With Oranges

  • 4 brook trout
  • 3 oranges, peeled, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Flour
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the trout.
  2. Dredge them in flour.
  3. Fry them slowly in butter in a frying pan for about 6 minutes.
  4. Fry on both sides.
  5. Add the sliced oranges.
  6. Then serve.
