Ingredients for Trout (lake) With Vinegar, Onions And Parsley

  • 3 pounds lake trout, in filets or in steaks
  • 2 onions, peeled, chopped fine
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ¾ cup water
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Onions And Parsley Recipe, Put all ingredients in a baking pan.
  2. Bake in moderate oven for 20 minutes.
  3. Then serve.
