Ingredients for Trout (brook) With Rhubarb
- 4 brook trout
- 4 cups rhubarb, strung or peeled, cut in pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Boil the rhubarb for 1 minute in salted water.
- Drain off water.
- Put all other ingredients in a buttered baking pan.
- Cover with the rhubarb.
- Bake in hot oven for about 8 minutes.
- Then serve.
