Trout (brook) With Rhubarb Recipe

Ingredients for Trout (brook) With Rhubarb

• 4 brook trout
• 4 cups rhubarb, strung or peeled, cut in pieces
• 4 tablespoons butter
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Boil the rhubarb for 1 minute in salted water.
2. Drain off water.
3. Put all other ingredients in a buttered baking pan.
4. Cover with the rhubarb.
5. Bake in hot oven for about 8 minutes.
6. Then serve.
