Ingredients for Tripe With Vegetables
- 3 pounds honeycomb tripe, cut in pieces
- 6 carrots, peeled, quartered
- 6 onions, peeled, quartered
- 6 tomatoes, quartered
- 1 clove garlic
- 1½ quarts water
- Seasonings to taste
- Wash the tripe until water is clear. Put all ingredients together in a
