Ingredients for Tomatoes Stuffed With Chicken Livers Recipe
- 6 tomatoes
- 6 chicken livers
- ½ tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon minced parsley
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ grated onion

Instructions
- Cut off the top of tomatoes, remove the inside with a spoon.
- Boil livers in water until done.
- Chop up bread and livers and mix. Then add salt, pepper, onion, parsley, butter and nutmeg.
- Fry in oil and put back in tomato shells.
- Top with bread crumbs and bake 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
