Ingredients for Tomato Toast Recipe 3

• 4 slices bread, toasted
• 3 tomatoes, sliced thin
• 4 tablespoons Swiss cheese, grated
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

1. Put slices of tomato on top of the toast.
2. Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
3. Pour a little of the melted butter over the cheese.
4. Put toast in a baking pan and broil it, but not too close to the flame. Watch closely.
5. When cheese has browned, serve.
