Ingredients for Tomato Cream Soup Recipe

  • ¾ quart milk
  • 1½ tablespoons flour
  • ¾ to 1 teaspoon salt
  • Tomato juice

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a double boiler.
  2. Thicken with the flour rubbed smooth with a little cold milk.
  3. Whip in sufficient hot tomato juice to give the soup a pretty pink color.
  4. Add salt, and serve at once.
