Ingredients for Tomato, Rhubarb And Potato Soup Recipe
- 6 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup rhubarb, strung or peeled, cut in pieces
- 2 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup milk, scalded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cups water
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients together, except the milk, in a kettle.
- Boil for 20 minutes.
- Break or mash the solids with a potato masher.
- Add the scalded milk gradually and bring to a boil.
- Then serve.
