Ingredients for Tea Custard Pudding Recipe
- 5 teaspoons tea leaves
- ½ cup boiling water
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- ½ cup sugar

Instructions
- Boil the water and pour over the tealeaves.
- Cover and let stand for about 6 minutes.
- Drain.
- Mix tea with sugar and eggs.
- Add slowly the scalded milk.
- Mix well.
- Pour mixture into a pudding dish.
- Set pudding dish in a pan of water.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 40 minutes.
- Then serve.
