Ingredients for Tea Recipe 2

For each cup:

• ½ to 1 teaspoon tea leaves
• 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

1. Boil water.
2. Put tea leaves in a scalded teapot.
3. Pour boiling water over the tea and put cover on teapot.
4. Allow to stand for 3 to 4 minutes before serving.
