Ingredients for Tartare Sauce For Broiled Fish (mrs. Lincoln)

  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 saltspoonful salt
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl, and heat over hot water.
  2. Brown the butter in an omelet pan, and strain into the other mixture.
  3. To be served hot.
