Ingredients for Swiss Chard With Cream
- 2 pounds Swiss chard, washed
- 2/3 pint cream, boiled
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Boil the Swiss chard in plenty of salted water for about 20 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Chop Swiss chard.
- Put in a stew pan the butter, seasonings, cream and chard.
- Let cook for 2 minutes.
- Then serve.
