Ingredients for Swiss Chard, Bacon And Anchovies Recipe

  • 2 pounds Swiss chard, washed, cleaned
  • 4 slices bacon, cut in pieces
  • 6 filets of anchovy
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Bacon And Anchovies Recipe, Boil the Swiss chard in salted water for 20 minutes.
  2. Drain off water.
  3. Put bacon and butter in frying pan.
  4. Fry bacon not too crisp.
  5. Add chard, seasonings and anchovies.
  6. Mix well and serve.
