- 2 pounds Swiss chard, washed, cleaned
- 4 slices bacon, cut in pieces
- 6 filets of anchovy
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Bacon And Anchovies Recipe, Boil the Swiss chard in salted water for 20 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Put bacon and butter in frying pan.
- Fry bacon not too crisp.
- Add chard, seasonings and anchovies.
- Mix well and serve.
