Instructions

  1. Let a pair of sweetbreads lie in French dressing for an hour.
  2. Chill, drain, and mix with an equal quantity of sliced cucumber.
  3. Stir a little whipped cream lightly into a French dressing and pour over the sweetbreads and cucumbers.
