Ingredients for Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

• 5 medium sweet potatoes, cold boiled and diced
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup milk
• 1 egg, beaten
• 2 pie crusts

Instructions

1. Boil milk with the sugar.
2. Mix in the sweet potatoes and beaten egg and let stand until cool.
3. Line pie plate with pie crust.
4. Pour in the sweet potato mixture.
5. Wet the edges of the under crust, cover with the upper crust, and press the edges slightly together.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
