Ingredients for Sweet Potato And Fig Pudding Recipe
- 4 sweet potatoes, peeled, quartered
- 10 figs
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions
- Boil sweet potatoes and figs in salted water for about 25 to 30 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Pass potatoes and figs through meat chopper.
- Mix together the eggs, sugar, and milk.
- Add this mixture slowly to the potato and fig pulp.
- Pour into a pudding dish.
- Set pudding dish in a pan of hot water.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
