Ingredients for Stuffing Recipe 3
- 1 lb. chestnuts
- 1 can mushrooms, chopped
- 6 truffles
- 1 slice raw ham
- 1 egg
- 1 oz. mustard seed
- 2 cucumber pickles
- ¼ teaspoon allspice
- ¼ teaspoon cloves
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon onion

Instructions
- Boil the nuts till tender and chop finely.
- Cut the truffles into strips.
- Combine truffles, nuts, and ham, mixing until well combined.
- Add seasonings and spices, and bind all together with a raw egg.
- Stuff bird and bake as directed.
