Ingredients for Stuffing For Baked Fish Recipe 3
- ½ cup lean veal, chopped finely
- 1/8 lb. bacon
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon parsley

Instructions
- Soak the bread crumbs in water for five minutes. Drain, and press to remove water.
- Combine chopped meat and bread crumbs, mixing well.
- Add the seasons; stir until well blended.
- Use to stuff a large fish and bake as directed.
