Ingredients for Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp Recipe
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 4 cups rhubarb, sliced
- 4 cups strawberries, sliced
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix together the sugar and flour.
- Stir in the rhubarb and strawberries.
- Pour the mixture into a 9x13 casserole dish.
- In a separate bowl, stir blend together the oatmeal, brown sugar, and butter.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
