Strawberry Milk Sherbet Recipe 1

Instructions
  1. Wash and hull 1 pint box strawberries, sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and a Few grains salt.
  2. Cover and let stand 1 to 2 hours.
  3. Mash and set aside.
  4. Soak 1-1/2 teaspoons gelatin in 2 tablespoons cold water, dissolve over hot water, (How to Use Gelatin).
  5. Add 1-1/2 cups rich milk, then add Strawberries rubbed through a coarse strainer.
  6. Freeze.
