Strawberry Jello Cake Recipe

• 1 box white or Angel food cake mix
• 1 pkg. strawberry Jello
• 1/2 cup cold water
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 4 egg whites
• 10 oz. strawberries

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Blend together the cake mix, Jello powder, water, and oil until well-incorporated.
3. Beat in egg whites one at a time.
4. Add the strawberries and pour into two prepared cake pans.
5. Bake for 25 minutes.
6. Top with favorite icing.
