• 1/2 cup syrup from canned strawberries
• Large spoonful of vanilla ice cream or mousse
• 2 cups soda water or charged water

Instructions

1. Fill 1/4 of glass with syrup
2. Add spoonful of ice cream or mousse
3. Fill remainder of glass with soda water or charged water
4. Use other fruit syrups in the same way
