  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry juice
  • Juice¼ lemon
  • 1/3 cup sugar

  1. Mix the ingredients and beat till stiff.
  2. Serve in sherbet glasses.
  3. Decorate the top with any kind of nuts.
