Instructions

  1. Hull and pick over Strawberries.
  2. Mash, sweeten to taste, and put in the refrigerator to chill.
  3. Fill glasses half full of strawberries, cover with Macaroon Mousse Garnish with Whole strawberries and with Whipped cream forced through a pastry bag and rose tube.
