Strawberry-marshmallow Dessert Recipe

Ingredients for Strawberry-marshmallow Dessert

• 1 cup of strawberries, cut in halves
• ½ or¾ cup of double cream
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• ½ cup of marshmallows, cut in three or four pieces each
• ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Beat the cream until firm throughout; beat in the sugar and vanilla, then fold in the marshmallows and nearly all the strawberries.
2. Turn into glass cups.
3. Use the remaining berries to garnish the top of the cream.
