Ingredients for Steak Marinade Recipe

• 3 tablespoons canola oil
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1-2 teaspoon minced garlic
• 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
2. Place marinade in a plastic bag or a pan, and add meat.
3. Marinade steaks for at least one hour, but up to 24 hours.
4. Discard marinade and cook steaks according to recipe.
