Spinach With Oranges Recipe

Ingredients for Spinach With Oranges

• 2 pounds spinach, washed, cleaned
• 4 oranges, peeled, quartered
• 4 tablespoons butter
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Boil the spinach in salted water for about 20 minutes.
2. Drain off water.
3. Put butter in a stew pan.
4. When foaming, add the spinach and let cook for 3 minutes.
5. Add the seasonings and the orange quarters.
6. Cook for 1 minute.
7. Then serve.
