Spinach And Rhubarb Recipe

Ingredients for Spinach And Rhubarb

• 2 pounds spinach, washed, cleaned
• 3 cups rhubarb, cleaned, strung, cut in pieces
• 3 tablespoons butter
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Boil the spinach in salted water for about 20 minutes.
2. Drain off water.
3. Boil rhubarb in very little water for 3 minutes.
4. Drain off water.
5. Put butter in a sauce pan and mix in with a fork the spinach, rhubarb and seasonings.
6. Let cook for about 2 minutes.
7. Then serve.
