Spinach And Potato Soup Recipe 2

• 1 pound spinach, leaves only, washed, chopped
• 4 potatoes, peeled, sliced
• ½ pint milk, boiled
• 2½ cups water
• Seasonings to taste

1. Put spinach, water, seasonings, and potatoes in sauce pan.
2. Boil slowly for about 15 to 18 minutes.
3. Add the boiled milk.
4. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes and serve.
