Ingredients for Spinach And Egg Salad Recipe
- Proportions of ingredients to taste:
- Spinach, cold boiled, chopped
- Eggs, hard boiled, cold, sliced
- Lettuce
- French dressing
- (To make French dressing mix½ teaspoon mustard,½ teaspoon salt, and¼ teaspoon pepper with 2 tablespoons vingar. Add 5 tablespoons of salad oil or olive oil by stirring or beating. Mix thoroughly.)
Instructions
- On each plate place some leaves of lettuce.
- In the center arrange the spinach.
- Place slices of egg around the spinach.
- Pour over the salad the French dressing.
