Ingredients for Spinach And Egg Salad Recipe

• Proportions of ingredients to taste:
• Spinach, cold boiled, chopped
• Eggs, hard boiled, cold, sliced
• Lettuce
• French dressing
• (To make French dressing mix½ teaspoon mustard,½ teaspoon salt, and¼ teaspoon pepper with 2 tablespoons vingar. Add 5 tablespoons of salad oil or olive oil by stirring or beating. Mix thoroughly.)

Instructions

1. On each plate place some leaves of lettuce.
2. In the center arrange the spinach.
3. Place slices of egg around the spinach.
4. Pour over the salad the French dressing.
