Ingredients for Spanish Eggs Recipe 2

  • 6 slices bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 tbs olive oil
  • 1 pint Spanish sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut six circles of bread from a stale loaf and fry to a brown crispness in hot butter.
  2. Fry six eggs in hot olive oil.
  3. When the eggs are done, trim the edges with a biscuit cutter and lay one on each bread round.
  4. Pour over a pint of Spanish sauce and serve piping hot.
