Spaghetti Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients for Spaghetti Meatballs Recipe
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup water (more or less)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients together.
- Slowly add the water to the mixture so that it remains moist.
- Shape meatballs and place on a broiler pan. You may also spray your hands with non-stick cooking spray to help keep the ground meat from clinging to your hands as you shape the meatballs.
- Broil until outside is slightly brown and then turn and broil the other side.
- When finished, add to spaghetti sauce and cook over low heat for approximately 20 minutes.
