Ingredients for Sour Cream Salad Dressing

• 2 tablespoons water
• ¼ cup lemon juice
• 1 egg
• ¾ teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions

1. Beat the egg, add the other ingredients, and cook in a double boiler, stirring it till creamy.
2. Cool, and add one-half cup sour cream.
