Instructions

1. 3/4 cup butter, 2 cups sugar, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of corn starch, 2 cups flour, 2 teaspoons of baking-powder.
2. Mix flour, corn starch, and baking-powder together; stir butter and sugar to a cream, add milk, then flour; last add whites of 7 eggs, beaten to a stiff froth.
3. Bake one hour.
