Ingredients for Snipe With Brussels Sprouts
- 4 snipe
- 1½ pounds Brussels sprouts, peeled, cleaned
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Put snipe in roasting pan with the butter and seasonings.
- Roast in moderate oven for 18 minutes.
- While the snipe are cooking, boil the Brussels sprouts in salted water for 20 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Place Brussels sprouts in the roasting pan with the snipe.
- Let cook together for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Then serve.
