Snickerdoodles Recipe

Ingredients for Snickerdoodles Recipe

For coating:

• 3 tablespoons of sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

For dough:

• 3 1/2 cups of flour
• 2 teaspoons of baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
• 1 cup of butter
• 2 cups of sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon of light corn syrup
• 2 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

Instructions

For coating:

1. Mix sugar and cinnamon and set aside.

For dough:

1. Stir together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
2. Stir together butter, eggs, corn syrup, and vanilla extract.
3. Add dry ingridients to wet ingredients.
4. Wrap in foil paper or plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.
5. Preheat oven to 375 F.
6. Roll dough into balls 1/2 inch thick and roll through coating.
7. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
