Ingredients for Snickerdoodles Recipe
For coating:
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
For dough:
- 3 1/2 cups of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 cup of butter
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of light corn syrup
- 2 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

Instructions
For coating:
- Mix sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
For dough:
- Stir together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Stir together butter, eggs, corn syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Add dry ingridients to wet ingredients.
- Wrap in foil paper or plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Roll dough into balls 1/2 inch thick and roll through coating.
- Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
