Ingredients for Slow Cooker Potato Soup Recipe

• 1 pkg frozen southern hash browns
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 large can chicken broth
• salt and pepper
• 1 package cream cheese

• Garnish: shredded cheese and bacon crumbles

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients, except cream cheese, in crockpot or on stove and cook until potatoes and onions are tender.
2. Shortly before serving, break up the cream cheese and add it to the soup.
3. Cook, stirring regularly, until cheese has melted.
4. Serve with shredded cheese and bacon crumbles.
5. Quick, easy and very good.
