Hummus and Veggies
Ingredients
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Serve cold with sliced vegetables and toasted pita bread.
