Ingredients for Simple Cheesecake Recipe
- 15 graham crackers, crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Grease nad flour a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium-sized bowl, stir graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together. Evenly press into bottom of prepared springform pan.
- In a large-sized bowl, blend cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Mix in milk, and then eggs one at a time, until thoroughly combined. Blend in flour, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour filling mixture into pie crust.
- Bake in oven for approximately 1 hour.
- Once cheesecake is done, turn oven off and let cake cool inside oven for 5 to 6 hours. By doing this, it should keep your cheesecake from breaking open.
- Remove from oven and chill in refrigerator until serving.
