Ingredients for Shirred Eggs With Sausages Recipe

• 8 eggs
• 8 sausages
• 3 tablespoons butter
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Fry the sausages in butter for about 8 minutes.
2. Place two sausages in each shirred egg dish.
3. Break 2 eggs into each dish.
4. Bake the eggs at 375 F. for about 6 to 8 minutes. The whites should be firm but the yolks should remain liquid.
