Ingredients for Seven Minutes Icing

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 white of egg, unbeaten

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in top of double boiler.
  2. Place over boiling water and cook for 7 minutes, beating all the time.
  3. Spread on cake.
