- 12 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup salt codfish, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Boil milk and codfish slowly for about 15 minutes. When finished, the codfish will have absorbed the milk.
- Scramble with the seasoned eggs in the butter.
