Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs With Meat Balls Recipe
- 1/2 pound beef round, passed through meat chopper
- 12 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Flour
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Shape beef in form of 12 small balls.
- Dredge in flour and fry in butter in a frying pan.
- While the meat balls are cooking, scramble the eggs in a sauce pan.
- Serve meat balls on top of scrambled eggs.
