Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs With Meat Balls Recipe

• 1/2 pound beef round, passed through meat chopper
• 12 eggs, beaten
• 3 tablespoons butter
• Flour
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Shape beef in form of 12 small balls.
2. Dredge in flour and fry in butter in a frying pan.
3. While the meat balls are cooking, scramble the eggs in a sauce pan.
4. Serve meat balls on top of scrambled eggs.
