Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs With Lettuce And Bacon Recipe
- 12 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 head lettuce, washed, shredded
- 3 slices bacon, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Boil the lettuce in salted water for about 15 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Put bacon, butter, and lettuce in a frying pan.
- Let cook for about 3 minutes.
- Season the eggs and pour into the frying pan.
- Scramble together.
