Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs With Curry And Chicken Liver Recipe

  • 12 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup chicken liver, diced
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Put butter in frying pan and heat.
  2. When foaming, quickly fry the chicken liver in it for about 2 minutes, stirring all the time.
  3. Sprinkle with the curry powder and seasonings.
  4. Scramble the eggs.
  5. Add scrambled eggs to the chicken liver mixture and serve.
